Funding Options

The following funding & rebates are accepted by Playfit Therapy.

At Playfit Therapy, we understand that financial considerations are an important aspect when seeking therapy services. We encourage you to contact us if you wish to discuss eligible funding and rebate options. Our Experienced team is here to provide the necessary guidance and information to help you make the most informed decisions about your family’s needs.

  • Playfit Therapy provides services to participants of the the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This includes plan/third party managed participants as well as those who self-manage their funding.

  • Some private health funds offer a rebate for occupational therapy and exercise physiology services. Please discuss this with your individual private health fund as rebates can vary depending on your level of cover.

  • If eligible, your child's General Practitioner can provide a GP Management Plan with a referral for up to five (5) subsidised allied health sessions, per calendar year. These plans include a Medicare rebate of approx. $61.00 per session.

    Please note you cannot claim both Medicare and private health benefits for the same session.
